  • 1.  Freeze Daktronics DataLinq Input at the end of a game?

Does anyone know if it is possible to "freeze" the text from a DataLinq source? We are running into an issue where we still have our "Final Score" graphic in when the operators inside the stadium(s) turn their systems off and everything resets to 0. This is embarrassing, obviously, since no one at home knows that it's not something we have control over.

So I'm wondering if we can (potentially through Visual Logic when the clock equals 0) to just stop the data from updating at the end, but have it update normally throughout the rest of the game?

    Thanks!

I have a manual scoreboard in the background and as soon as the game is over we switch to that and it has all the information as needed.

Actually I think I figured out a way on my own. It appears that if you turn DataLinq off at the end of the game, everything will hold it's last known data! Then when you relaunch DataLinq, it all updates again.
