Not sure if these are bugs or just me not understanding what I am doing.

Is the auto squeeze in absolute pixels or is it relative to something else? I have two lines of text each in its own text object. The top line is a bigger font then the lower line. They use the same font face. I have set them both to auto squeeze at 450. I would expect them to stop at the same point as I type but the lower line gets much longer then the top line before auto squeeze starts working. It seems to be something associated with the text object, nothing else I changes fixes it, expect for creating a new text object.

Not sure if this is connected or not. With some other text objects if I move one into a parent child relationship, then when I move it out of this relationship the child text shrinks. Moving back into the sometimes causes the text object to shrink again, not always. If I move it out again it gets even shorter. It only impacts the width of the text object not the length. Any ideas what is causing this and how to undo it?

    Thanks

I just tried playing with this and it looks to me like the Autosqueeze is in pixels; but since everything is in a 3D environment the actual onscreen width of 450 pixels will also be determined by the Z position of the objects as well as any Scaling on the objects.. So two text objects with the same 450 pixel autosqueeze may be different sizes on screen if they are at different Z positions or one of them has scaling applied (or if one of them is in a group with scaling/Z position on the parent group)
