  • 1.  Transition Logic Dissolve Dips To Black

I've created a small project to demonstrate an issue I'm having on a larger scale. When using transition logic to do dissolve in/out, there's a slight dip to black between the 2 scenes. What causes this and how do I fix it?
Here's a link to the xpp:

Is not fadeing in black, is fadeing in background.
If you put other color/image on other inferior layer number you will see that color/image in background.
    Your case is like this:
    You are overlaying 2 items.
Your first item has 50% transparency during transition out: you will see 50% white, 50% background (as default virtual output has a black background).
Your second item has 50% transparency during transition in: you will see 50% white and 50% of the first item => 50%white + 25%white + 25% background.

So is there a way to keep that from happening? I just want it to look like I'm dissolving seamlessly from one scene to the next without any black showing up. I currently have a 10 frame dissolve in on one animation controller and a 10 frame dissolve out on another animation controller in a separate scene director. I have to use transition logic/scene directors/animation controllers, the default effect won't work with the complexity of what I have going on in my main project.

At the end you need to keep on line extra 10 frames with alpha 100% and increase the alpha from 0 to 100% just at the input.
