  • 1.  I can't get xpression video coder to read my videos

    I have a windows 10 PC more than capable of handling the task and everytime I add a Video through new job I get a little Waring triangle and nothing appears where the video should be. I converted the video from MP4 to .Avi and it won't work. I have tried multiple videos aswell. Pictures work fine but I cannot get a video to read correctly.

    Off the top of my head...  Do you have Quicktime Player installed on your machine.  Also, have you tried a test file that is a QuickTime.mov file with animation codec?

    No I do not have quick time player. I will try that now.

    What is the codec of the MP4 file? You can use MediaInfo, a free tool to check it.
