We have one scene that is not producing a preview frame or thumbnail. What is strange is that if you load the package and manually pull the scene into the sequencer, it previews correctly (with correct thumbnail). When the template is added via iNews to a news rundown, it only shows black. The scene plays out correctly. We have checked our scene directors and believe everything is where it should be. (Yes, we have set Preview Frame Markers) Any thoughts? None of our other scenes are having this problem.

Have you right-clicked in Scene Manager and selected Regenerate All Thumbnails? I've seen a scene delay updating its thumbnail before and this has fixed it.

Also make sure you have set you preview frame marker correctly in the scene director my right clicking on the time line at the top.
