It will probably work pretty well, one of my XPression systems at home is a, 2014 27in iMac (one of the last with NVidia) with bootcamp on, its not breaking any records for speed but its fine for offline work.

What is your opinion of wiping my old intel Mac and adding bootcamp for xpression?

Yup, those drilled aluminum bodies will take a beating that's for sure, I've not found anything as robust either in a laptop body, a shame they don't offer more variety in the GPU offering.

That makes sense Red. I have ahold 2013 intel Mac with Nvidia GPU but that's almost a decade old now. I just prefer a Mac because the hardware is much more robust. I have an Asus gaming laptop and it's great except it's very fragile. Thanks

XPression requires an NVidia GPU for full support, it also only runs on Windows, not sure how well Windows is running on the none intel macs?
