Graphics

Hey everyone, 

I'm having a bit of trouble when it comes to using the Xpression plug in with ENPS. Right now I am unable to load any previews on ENPS of scenes in my project. I can see thumbnails of what the graphics are supposed to look like, but when I click into them to edit text/photos, the preview window in the plug in stays black the entire time. 
Our newsroom folks like to be able to see how the graphic looks before they move ahead with it...make sure that the photos look good and everything. 

Please let me know if anyone has any ideas!

Hey,

The previews come from your preview renderer which is usually an XPression installed on your gateway or a dedicated machine. Your local tech support should know which. My guess is there's something wrong there, most likely the project isn't loaded or the wrong version is loaded, maybe that XPression has locked up or there's something wrong with the health of that machine. Either way, I'd recommend that's where you start looking.
