  • 1.  Xpression: configure input on Matrox?

    As installed, Matrox DSXLE4/8/100F configured for 4 Fill/Key outputs.  Trying to add an input channel for live mapping.  But in Matrox DSX Framebuffer setup page, when trying to add a Fill input, it adds a line in red "Fill input: exceeds device capacity".   

    Also tried deleting all outputs in the I/O Config, rebooted, but the I/O Mode dropdown is greyed out on "8 OUT", no option to change to any sort of input configuration.  Documentation says the board does 2 in / 6 out.  

    Thoughts?  Thanks!

    Hey Bob- Reconfiguring the Matrox card to be 6in/2out isn't hard, but it involves some command line trickery.  

    Drop Tech Support a note and they should be able to give you the instructions you need.

    Number of in- and outputs are also limited by the version of dongle you have...
