Hey there!

Pretty self explanatory there. I have a scene with a LIVE bug on it. Transitions work just fine. I set them in the "Take Item" tab. Works like a charm. But, on my Fullscreens, it does not seem to translate. It'll even tell me what I'm trying to do in the Sequencer. (Just a simple 5 frame dissolve) but it will cut in and out instead. Almost like I never applied the settings to begin with.

Are there limitations to how Xpression is able to handle transitions? My full screens are definitely more complex than my simple LIVE bug.

Any suggestions would help tremendously!

Do your full screens have pauses in the scene director that are within that 5 frame dissolve you are setting on the Take Item?

I actually do not know. What should I be looking for? I'll check Ross U in the meantime to see if there are any tutorials on Take Items.

Can you give us a copy of your scene, or a scene that shows the same behavior?

XPression > File > Export Package
And then you can upload that to a file sharing website. If you want to use the Ross one I can give you those details.
