Graphics

Hi All,

I'm using a Remote Sequencer to play on Supers, OTSes, etc. on air for local newscasts. Sometimes I'll hit "Take," and the graphic won't automatically start to play... only to then *rapidly* play on.

Anyone else every experience a lag/issues like this? Any suggestions?

It's sporadic/random, however I do think it's starting to happen more frequently. :confused: It only happens to graphics that "play on" and are Keyed over air.

Please contact tech support and ask them to upgrade to the latest 7.0 build. There was a fix in 7.0-3835 that should resolve your issue.

Hi there,

Our Engineering Team is still looking into the issue, but I was wondering if this problem was also symptomatic?

Recently, Machine 1 (XPression 1 & 2) has been randomly locking up, and needing a quick reboot. Basically, I try to play a graphic -- the Cue reads "TRANSFERRING" -- and then suddenly nothing in 1 & 2 work.... and I need to reboot.

Does that sound like an issue with Version 7.0? Thanks so much for all the help!

Obviously, with an Election just around the corner, this is not something we want to face the night-of.......

It wold be best to reach out to Tech Support so they can help you collect logs of the issue and troubleshoot.
