OK so when you change the video animated lower third strap for another one you have to make a new template is that correct?
I have done this an it still is not animating on playout?

Yes and they work.
I helped a colleague make the job and when they left it all worked.
When they replaced the video clip with another they all stopped animating.
So I've now got the job back and yep, they've all stopped animating for no reason I can see?
Very confusing.

Just building a job and the video animations were working but now they don't.
They are fine in QT and converted OK but now on playout they just do not run.
