Good afternoon,
I know I've seen similar items elsewhere in the forum, but I'm looking for a simple(?) way to bring roster data from an (Excel-generated) XML file into Dashboard. Once I have the XML data imported, I'd like it to populate some dropdown lists - shown in the attached image. I'm sure it's simple enough to do, but once I start looking at code samples my eyes start to glaze over and I don't get too far!

I would recommend looking at the video for parsing XML from Dashboard U here: https://www.rossvideo.com/control-systems/dashboard/dashboard-u/video-tutorial-107/
(It also comes with some example files).

I've done this for our hockey arena, where the roster fills out based on the XML of whatever team you choose as the home team, but it's not the easiest project, so I get that you're somewhat confused.
