Facility Control

This is more a NK question than a dashboard question, but I'll go ahead. Sometimes the simplest questions are the hardest to find answers for:

I have a simple system using an NK-3G34, NK-IPS and RCP-NKM.
All I want to do is set up Dashboard Client to be able to use the Switchboard option to control the source/destination distribution for two separate users.
One will have administrative control, being able to change settings on all the routing equipment.
One is just able to work with the switchboard, to change feeds.

Once I got my Dashboard Server license all set up I thought this would be very straightforward, but the NK equipment doesn't register as a device and as such I'm unable to assign permissions.
I have started looking into an apparent "web interface" that I've come across but haven't seen proposed to me as a viable option. Further searches have found NK-VCP as a viable option, but looking to where I can find this to download has been fruitless.

I'm begging someone to help me with this. It seems like it shouldn't require multiple manual readings with still finding no solution.

I'm sorry to say that DashBoard URM Server does not presently integrate with the NK Plug-in. It was initially designed for, and still only targets, openGear and DashBoard connect devices.

One possible workaround for you right now would involve starting with the current NK Switchboard CustomPanel and removing the IPS selector component from it (and saving it to a new CustomPanel file). You can edit both the Switchboard (Large) and Switchboard (Small) files like any other CustomPanel in DashBoard. Without the IPS selector, the panel can be pointed at a specific IPS and the user won't be able to point it at other routers.

If you combine a CustomPanel version of Switchboard with running in fullscreen mode, you won't have a perfect solution but it might get you closer to what you're looking for.
