Is there a way to send commands to a DTVI machine from Dashboard so that I can pull stats using the dashboard (easily customized) rather than use the DTVI interface (difficult)?

Can you offer some more specifics about the DTVI protocol/endpoints you are referring to here?
Generally if it is TCP/IP or UDP something can be built, it just depends on the nature of the protocol as to how complicated it is to do.

I know very little personally about this, I'll throw this message to one of our other staff here who might know more than me about it. Is there a particular product / software module you had in mind, or is this just a generic question about the protocol/technology?
