Can I ask where is the global label file(.lbl) stored in MacOS? Or where are I find the location?

The active labels file is stored in DashBoard's workspace data directory.
In this case, it is specifically located at:
/Library/Application Support/openGear/DashBoard/.metadata/.plugins/com.rossvideo.nk.rice/users/default

the file is called global-labels.lbl
