Facility Control

Has anyone been able to build a panel that can control a Atomos Shogun Studio Recorder? Is it even possible? Looking for more basic commands like Play, Record and such. We are looking at buying one, but would like to control it with Dashboard.

Hi Grant.
I can't speak from experience with the Atmos Shogun control but a quick look at its manual mentions that its remote control is done through AMP.

While DashBoard does not have a built-in AMP library (it uses VDCP for the operations where it is talking to a clip server), others have had some success implementing simple AMP commands through ogScript in Custom Panels.
