Hi

Since the new firmware update we have acces to the mediamanager via dashboard but when a try to open the usb or the internal still i get nothing like it is empty , it is still working via the web browser so we keep using it that way ( we are using mozilla )

any idea what the problem should be ?

Hi Philippe.

It sounds like your version of Internet Explorer is out of date (I'm assuming you're using DashBoard on Windows here).

We recommend Internet Explorer 11 but it should function in IE 10 or 9 as well.
