  • 1.  Media manager of dashboard

    Hi,

    i'm trying in dashboard to manage my media with the thumbnail of MediaManager, but i'm not able to open the USB and Internal directory... when i'm clicking on the arrow, it goes down but no media appear( I see everything else, the 4 ram etc). If i'm trying by a Web browser everything works fine. I have the 6.2 version of Dashboard to control my Carbonite... Any reason why its not working?

    What version of Internet Explorer are you using?

    Internet explorer 8. I'm using it windows xp pro SP3

    Ah, there's your issue then.

    On Windows, DashBoard uses Internet Explorer as the source of its web browser control. The minimum version of Internet Explorer needed for Media Manager is 10.

    I'm pretty sure IE 10 is not available for Windows XP so you're likely not going to be able to use Media Manager through DashBoard on this machine.
