    Has anyone built a panel builder filer for the Panasonic PTZ cameras? I have the web interface working with the ip address, but would like something a little smoother.

    Also, any sites that house downloadable panel files?

    The Panasonic cameras respond to HTTP POST or GET commands. Each command requires sending a message to a URL.
    People have controlled AW-HE 120 using ogscript.asyncPost commands in DashBoard.

    Note: Some Panasonic cameras require HTTP POST and some require HTTP GET (the AW-HE 120 responds to POST).

    To do a post from within DashBoard, the "data" argument in ogscript.asyncPost must not be null:
    ogscript.asyncPost("URL_GOES_HERE", "", CALLBACK_FUNCTION);

    To do a get, set the "data" argument to null:
    ogscript.asyncPost("URL_GOES_HERE", null, CALLBACK_FUNCTION);

    You can find the Panasonic protocol at:
    https://eww.pass.panasonic.co.jp/pro-av/support/content/guide/DEF/HE50_120_IP/HDIntegratedCamera_InterfaceSpecifications-V1.03E.pdf

    Ross Video also makes/sells a Custom Panel to control these Panasonic cameras. If you are interested in pricing, you can contact Greg Quirk at gquirk@rossvideo.com

    Hi #jamespeltzer

    I try to recall a preset but doesn't work. When i go back to the code, my & is transforme in &amp. Is it the reason doesn't work ?

    That shouldn't be the problem.
    The change from "&" to "&" should only be in the XML view of the panel. This happens because "&" is reserved in XML (as are ""). When it is read from the XML document back to the script, the "&" will be transformed back to "&".

    Can you post the code from your Custom Panel so we can take a look?
