    Having trouble playing back certain videos in BlackStorm, using buttons on a Custom Panel. The only thing I can derive is that the filename is too long, and is breaking the button commands. When I re-render the files with a shorter name, they seem to play correctly. Is this normal? What is the character-length limit for video clip names?

    Hi Shane.
    It can depend on the configuration of the system. I just verified that I was able to cue a clip with an ID 27-characters long.
    There are some configurations that limit the ID to 8-bytes though.

    I do not have the information for what the default configuration for BlackStorm happens to be or where it specifically is configured. Technical Support will likely be able to provide you with that information if you require it.
