What is the typical latency when loading fullscreens from Xpression to Media store via Dashboard? Right now we are experiencing a delay of about 5-8 seconds. Which is do-able but we would like to speed that up. Both programs are running on the same computer which is connected to the panel via network connection (not plugged straight in). Thanks for any help

What do you mean by dashboard? A custom panel sending commands to XPression to run XPression LiveCG to a media store? What Carbonite model? Do you have gigabit Ethernet?

Sorry I wrote that post kind of fast. Our current workflow is as follows:

Xpression running on a windows 10 comp with a 1gbps network connection into a network on which is also our Carbonite Black Solo running SW version 2.0.0.17249. The Rosslinq connectors from Xpression go to our four Media Stores so when we push to FB1 it's really Media Store 1 and so on.

From the time I hit take online to the time is shows up on the MS output (view-able in Ross Dashboard meaning the soft panel of my board) is about 5-6 Seconds. I've noticed that this delay is actually slower on a dedicated line as opposed to wireless which is what we used to be on.

The machine is not hooked directly up to the panel which might be the cause of this delay. Again I can eat the delay, I'm just wondering if there is anything we can do to speed that up.
