Is there an easy way to have standard toggle buttons "reset" to their default color? Often times a button gets pressed (I use red to indicate) - but if a different button gets pressed, it stays instead of resetting. I believe I can do this if I use parameter buttons instead...but wanted to keep things more or less as I currently have them built.

You are right that you would be better-served by using a parameter-backed toggle button. That said, all toggle buttons in DashBoard (both ones created by a tag and ones created with a ) have the ability to show a different colour when toggled ON vs. toggled OFF. In the "Style" tab, you will see "Default", "Toggle On", and "Toggle Off". In the "On" tab, select the colour you want to see when it is toggled on, in the "Off" tab, select the grey swatch at the bottom of the colour picker to use the "default" colour - you'll see it with the label "panelbg".

Thanks James - but to clarify, say I have clicked on a button and it's displaying the "On" color - without clicking the button again, can I tell the button to reset to "OFF" without clicking it?

Yes, you can set the parameter to its Off value using: params.setValue("Oid.here", "index.here", "value.here");

Hello guys, I'm sorry for meddling in your matter.....but, currently, I'm dealing with the same point. I need to click on the same button twice for it changes from ''on'' state to ''off '' state.

What value I need to put on ''here'' space (Oid.here,index.here,value.here), to do my button works correctly?
