  • 1.  Loss of input data

    Hello

    I had a problem, the data I entered suddenly disappeared.

    The data is restored to its original form

    here is the log, the error occured at 18:48. Somebody help.

    I'm afraid we don't have enough information to assist you here. The post you have provided from the DashBoard log does not show anything unusual. Can you tell us:

    • What device or panel were you working with when you experienced an issue?
    • What happened just prior to the reset? That is, what were you doing at the time?
    • What you were modifying?
    • What was reset?
    • What was it reset to?

     

    If you are talking about a custom panel with an XML data source, there may be a backup of the XML data in the same folder as your current XML. It would be called [Name of your panel].bak#
