  • 1.  Add NK-Series to DashBoard.

    Hi, there.
    I face a problem with a DashBoard. We do have NK-Series SDI Video Router as well as Panel all of them connected each other via NK-IPS Network Bridge. I would like to add Video Router to DashBoard so as to control and direct Video and Audio to a desired destination via DashBoard. I had tried to add with its default IP, whereas it did not reply and reaction. Can someone help me with this bewildered situation?

    When you are adding it, are you specifically going to File->New->NK IPS Connection?

    Of course. Whereas, it does not reply from the given IP

    Hi Shamil,

    If you are using the New NK IPS Connection option, then have you checked to see if you can ping the IP address of the NK-IPS network bridge, and if so can you also ping the NK Series SDI Video router that’s behind the network bridge?

    If it’s not on a reachable IP then that would be a question for the NK Forum or Technical Support. There are also step by step instructions available in the NK-IPS User Guide: https://www.rossvideo.com/support/product-documentation/nk/. Hope that helps.
