I'm creating a custom panel and I've been wanting to put the Ultrix Clock Control on it, I've tried to drag and drop but it's not working, the parameters don't come with the buttons or the table. Is there a way where I can get all the tasks and parameters? 

I do not know much about the Ultrix Clock Control or how it works.   I'm told they use webget, so it might be difficult to replicate it in your panel.

I can tell you how to see the code that the panel uses.   If you open the panel, and then go into PanelBuilder mode, you can <SHIFT>-Double Click any element to see the code behind it.   You can then click on "Go Up" to see the code on level up from it.   You can keep doing that until you get to the top.  

You may be able to reverse engineer what you see and do something similar in your panel.
