Facility Control

I'm not sure if anyone else has had an issue with this but a few months ago I built a very simple soft panel with all of the Web GUIs for our Haivision Makito X4 Decoders/Encoders, X2 Decoders/Encoders. I checked back in on the panel recently and the X4 Decoder GUIs are no longer connecting.

Everything else is working and I've tried to recreate a soft panel with just those devices and it still won't hit. Any ideas?

Without more details, it's hard to debug.   

How are they connecting to the Makito decoders?  Is it over TCP/IP?   Is it using a listener?

Or are you just embedding a web page with the decoders?   If it's a web page, can you connect to them outside of DashBoard (i.e. from just a browser?)

It's just a webpage embed of the local GUI.

I recently opened Dashboard on a Mac setup and I got a warning that the compatibility with Microsoft edge was expiring or something like that but wouldn't that imply that none of the Web GUIs should be functioning instead of just a few of them?

That is weird.   You could try switching which browser DashBoard uses.   Go to Window->Preferences, and at the bottom there is a tab for "Web Browser".
