  • 1.  Dashboard Ultrix Nodes not available

    Has anyone run into the issues of not being able to access the Ultrix through the Dashboard Tree View? I've tried adding the Ultrix through Dashboard on a Graphite that is hooked up to the system and the same issue persists. I haven't tried rebooting the Ultrix yet, though I suspect that is the direction this is headed. Thanks for any suggestions.

    I've never had a problem, silly question but can you ping the Ultrix from the device running DashBoard?

    Hi Jos,
    Yes, I can ping the Ultrix and it returns 0% packet loss. I can also access the web interface with no issue.
