"Interesting" error: "Could not insert that element at the current position...(quot)

    Late arrival on server(with FileZilla from editing suite) was dragged into Playlist shortly before going on air.

    Playlist is at that time cued on first clip.

    When doing this, Dashboard presents us with following error message:

    "Could not insert that element at the current position. The current element is in transition"

    Pressing "OK" on this message and element enters playlist - but then all hell breaks loose:

    What Dashboard claims is being played out and what Blackstorm actually plays out does not match - what clip is played out seems completely random when comparing the active playlist and the output.

    The error is 100% reproducable and it is consistently related to only that clip.

    Anyone experienced this?

    Any idea?

    Did a bit more research on this now and what appears to happen is that the element in question enters the playlist in Dashboard, but is not actually entered in the "physical" playlist on Blackstorm.
