Production Switchers

There is signifiant delay in the video in the Multiviewers as opposed to our actual line output. I'd guess 20 frames to a second. Obviously lipsync is affected and our directors are being distracted. Is there a preferred way to setup the MultiViewers to eliminate or reduce this delay?

Currently we're feeding both MV1 and MV2 from two fixed AUX sources.

There is only a single frame of delay in the MultiViewer processing.

What kind of monitors are you using? if they are consumer monitors please ensure that all of the 120/240 hz filtering and any noise/signal filtering is set to off. Some monitors have what is called "game" mode that will disable all of these features at once to ensure minimal processing delay.
