  • 1.  New (to me) Custom Error Message

    Hello, I have spent a large portion of my day copying customs into a new bank, changing the vtr recall, and renaming the new custom. Now, late in the day, my customs (both old and new) are coming up with a "please wait while we retrieve the contents of this custom" error... however it never retrieves. This may be a previously posted issue, but I have a big show, short on time. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

    This seems like an issue that you should contact tech support with. This seems more urgent than the forums would be able to support as you will need to send them a copy of your setup files and possibly logs as well.

    Please call them.
