    Hi, we are having issues with our crossover solo switcher, we can't seem to get audio into the switcher, and get it out to our black magic deck link 4k card, what can we do?

    Hi Jacob,

    Check out page 2 - 5 of the ops manual. You need to make sure it is set to pass ANC data - Audio is contained in ANC data and it may be set to strip it just now.
