Production Switchers

Hello,

Quick question. We just started doing our shows with audio automation and I wanted to migrate custom controls I had created prior to us starting on our automated audio setting.

How do I transfer specific custom controls (or one specific bank) on a vision 4 switcher from one switcher save to another?

Any help is appreciated! thank

Recall Individual from the Disk Menu -- One at a time from one config to another. You can even store them to a different location if that CC is in use in the new show file.

I had found that option but when I went to the correct bank in the old setting it told me the custom was empty. When going through the menu it showed customs from my currently loaded settings and not the customs from the source I was going for

Upon loading the old setting everything is at it supposed to be. So I know they are there

In the disk menu is the top option supposed to be the source bank and the middle the destination bank? They appear the same to me

Thanks leso I was able to figure it out with your help! It was hard doing it blind since it didnt tell me what CCs I was recalling when I was importing into the new switcher save
