Jeff Dyer was here in our facility and he knows about the problem. I have the ticket # in case you want more information. Here is a litter explanetion about the problem.
We have the QMD frame switcher with a Vision 2M panel. The frame have IP:192.X.X.X and the panel IP:192.X.X.X. The switcher is connected to the same subnet of a Wheatstone E6-16 mixer audio IP:192.X.X.X. We have two Fast Forward Micron; one for the video, one for the alphas. They are connected with RS-422 cable to the panel; Remote 1 (FFV 1) and Remote 2 (FFV 2). We take the audio from the first FFV 1 and connected to the wheat-net. We routed the audio to the mixer panel, fader 12 side A. From here everything is working perfect. We program our custom control for the transition including; open the fader and close the fader; and the custom control works perfect including the audio. But when we continue with the normal show, using any source and use the buttom CUT or AUTO TRANS the switcher open the fader number 12 and any other ramdon fader. If you press the buttom again the switcher keep the fader 12 open and close the ramdon fader. The problem it's not related to the key or the way we use the key. It's not related how we open or close the fader, it's appear to have relationship with the CUT or AUTO TRANS button. We use the reset audio command because it help to keep the ramdons fader to stay off, but the switcher still keep open the fader 12. I say fader 12 because is the fader that we want to use, but we try and tested in others fader and the problem is the same. Any idea will help
