Is there a way that I can remap control buttons on the panel? Also, if so, Can I remap what buttons do on a Aux panel that I have. Like make a botton on the Auto tran button from ME1A?

You can use custom control attachements to "replace" a button.

So if you make a custom control to do anything you can then replace any button with that custom control.

In the custom control menu page 2 attachments.

Also make sure that yu have attachements enabled in the personality menu.
