Is it possible to store the contents of a Media Store internally, or via USB for that matter? I see plenty of info regarding recalling images, but no info as to how to store an image loaded into the Media Stores to be stored.

    Thanks,

    Geoff.

You can not Capture with the Media Stores.

Where are you getting the image from that you would like to have it on the USB after you have it in the Media Channel? Is this from XPression?

In XPression while on the Sequencer you can right click on the item and "export" it to Images. There you can select if it is a TGA sequence (you built it as a motion graphic) or just a single frame. Then once exported you can FTP to the CrossOver (use the user/password login credentials -- yes they are user and password) you will see the USB as an available folder. You can now navigate the USB and drag and drop the files to it.

Thanks Les, as you might imagine, the two posts went hand in hand but I wanted to separate the 'topics.' There's still no way to 'store' (via FTP or otherwise) internally, I take it. I saw the four folders for the Media Stores, but was hoping I could use internal storage to stash some lower thirds. USB it is, then. I assume it would be okay to create folders on the USB drive to organize things?

    Thanks,

    Geoff.

Yes you have full control over making folders and the like.

There is no "internal storage" We have some Flash on the board that we put samples into. The Media Stores use RAM Cache so that is where we load it to from USB. When it is full we flush the oldest used items.
