  • 1.  key did not comes off air even if i switch it off air

    i have CG-Source in my key-1 and the playout source which is in the preview and when i am taking it on air along with my cg (Story slug) goes on air along with my playout source and when i am taking the anchor back on air in that case my key-1 did not coming off air (the key remains ON-AIR) please let me know what is the reason.

    Sounds like you have the personality option for transition Reset enabled.

    This will reset the transition area to just BKGD and Dissolve transition type. So what your seeing sounds just like that.
