Production Switchers

I'm using a carbonite in 576i/50 mode software 5.1.0.6078

When using a media transition, the transition flashes the cut frame at the end of the transition. For example, I have a 23 frame animation and the cut fr set to 11. the transistion runs, and the last flash is of frame 11.

Does anyone else have this issue, and does anyone have a work around?

We go live with the desk for the first time in 25 hours so would be great to get an solution if possible,

Hi Sam,

Under the System Menu you will find a Switch Field. Change it to F1 and you will be good.
