  • 1.  Key One Cut Button is pink

    On our first show this button turned pink when off and is now red when on. All other key cut buttons are what ever colors we specify in the profile. This is a glitch we need to fix. Help?

    Hi Josh,

    Seems like an LED may have failed in that button. Those are RGB LEDs and you might have a case where one of the Colours has failed and with that you won't be able to recreate all the colours.
