    Hi,

We've got a little problem when we're doing a chromakey with any keyer of our Vision. We use to sign our news show for deaf people. So, the "speaker" has to move his hands quite quickly.

But, for one week now, we see a blue trail on his hands during thoses moves. It looks like the keyer process are not synchronizing the frontground properly to the background. Note that we use blue curtains in that studio.

We didn't change any parameters, tried to shut down and restart the whole system, restored old configurations that we know they worked, we still have this problem.

Has anybody an idea of what happens ?

(Sorry if my English is not correct).

Try hitting the "initialize key" button. That will give you the best auto generated settings, the settings might not be perfect, but you can see if your current issue goes away, and you just need to tweak the parameters.

    Could studio lighting have changed?

    Thanks for your answer, Jason.

Yes, I tried the initialize key. That's what we always use actually. And, even playing with the advanced chromakey settings, I can't fix that.

The lighting didn't change neither. That's why I'm a bit confused about this issue.

It had worked for so many years (2010) with no problem that I wonder if the video processing card could have failed.
