Went to do the upgrade of the CF card from 3.1 to 4.0, put new CF card in slot restarted the panel, the upgrade files could not be found. I get the following...
Extracting upgrade from FrameCPU attempt 1 of 15, goes all the way through to 15, starts the panel without upgrade. When the panel comes on, the touchscreen is not responsive. So I figure the card is corrupt, power down, and go to put the old card back in.
It acts like it is going to rteboot like normal but it also gets hung up on the Extracting upgrade jargon, it goes through the 15 attempts, then the panel slowly comes back to life. However, it is like a fresh install. Nothing is loaded. I did a system backup on a thumb drive, and when I go to do a system restore it just sits there saying found source looking for archive. It never moves from there, it never finds the archive or say that it didnt find the archive. How long does it take for the archive to be found? Do I need to just wait longer or this worthy of a call in to Tech support?
