    Hi,

    I am unable to get acces to the new Live Assist feature as mentionned by the 6.2 update annoncement. I am getting an error when adding the Carbonite manually.

    Hi,

    When your adding the frame don't use the detect frame information button. Enter the IP address and assign the name that you would like. Then just click Finish.
