  • 1.  USB Stick Bug ?

    He - we have a lot of Corsair Usb-Stick 32gb Voyager Gt 3.0 Sticks here.

    Lately we have problems running them.

    they are fine with windows and are freshly formated. our problem is 3 out of 5 are working fine - the others are just not seen at the carbonite.

    any idea what we can do against ? the sticks are fine

    Hi Dirk,

    Carbonite has a USB 2.0 port. I know that these items are supposed to be backwards compatible with USB 2.0 however this may not always be the case.

    Make sure that they are Formatted as FAT32 and not ExFat or another format like NTFS.

    yeah - they are all formated fat32 fresh an new - if you compare them on a pc they're completly the same.

    Hi Dirk -- I get that but the USB3.0 hardware controller in the device may not be supported by the carbonite linux OS. Some will work some will not. We recommend USB 2.0 only devices not 3.0 devices.
