Production Switchers

Using the advanced setting on Ultra-chromakey, I have got our key to look almost PERFECT.... EXCEPT when the source to replace the green is fed with one which is white in color (not the subject in front of the green, but the source replacing the green). Why would the source replacing the green have an affect on how the key comes out? And how can I work on this?

Anychance you can make a video of what is going on? Also are you assessing this on a Vector or WFM? If so can you show it's changes in the video as well please?
