can anyone tell me at what point the Vision's frame will shutdown, due to overheating,or at least kick the cooling fans in at a higher speed,
the reason is we had an Air Conditioner trip on us this morning so the server room was hot, after getting air working,it took a long time to get the room cool again, during the time
I checked the status screen for the vision, it said inlet air temp was 35 Celsius
which is 95 degrees Fahrenheit, fan speed was running 50% all of this was after the air was fixed,
    so really hot still
    is there a heat threshold?
are the fans on a sensor that will speed them up when it is too hot to operate?

Fan speeds will increase as the temperature of the boards increases. So even with the inlet temp at 35 the system FPGAs were still running a temperatures that did not require the "speeding" up of the fans.

There are sensors on all MEs and also the main CPU card that track the temperatures.

I'm new to the vision switcher, we are wanting to use the chassis and switcher together in a conference room environment, however the fans are so loud. Almost like they are running at full speed however the status indicates they are running at 33% is this normal? Should this switcher and panel be separated in a server room/control room environment?

Yes these are meant to be in separate rooms -- usually there is a rack/equipment room where the video processing goes.
