Production Switchers

We're very much flying to figure out all the features of our Carbonite 2M board, but nobody at our station knows it very well, had someone else set some of it up, and we're very much in the dark about a multitude of items.

I for one am nervous about making many changes for I may delete a wipe, or save a wrong setting. I am looking into making a backup via ftp however, and so perhaps this can alleviate some worry.

What would be helpful is some online training and videos! Is there any way to obtain anything like these?

Sorry we do not have any online training Videos currently. There is also nothing currently in production so you would not see them for a while.

We offer onsite training that can be ordered and one of our staff trainers will come to your location and train you on the product.

As for saving the settings. Just plug in a usb drive to the frame (unless one is already there) and then save to any one of the Set0-set9 locations. Note that you can rename these "folders" via FTP or plugging in the drive to a pc/mac. You will find the folder sets under /switcher/sets/

The onsite training Ross offers is great; we had Ric Seabrooke who drove the training at a perfect pace based on the skill set of the users. Well worth it.
