    Yes, what an upgrade! Can't be at NAB, but reading about it online. Cant wait to see it. When can I expect the installation file online?

    It is in QA and is having the final passes done. I can not give you an exact date, that is why we stated May.

    There is always churn and that amount it tough to put a number on. Plan was May 2012 and that is still the plan as of today.

    Live Assist will be part of the DashBoard release later this year.
