  • 1.  Issue uploading an animation to Still Store

    Hi there,

    I'm new around here and was wondering if someone could lend me any feedback on an issue we're facing at my TV station?

    I've been going through your Ross University videos for advice (fantastic BTW), and I'm now trying to upload a TARGA Sequence from a USB Drive into our Vision Switcher. I want to upload a new animation, but it's not working. Instead of the animation being sent to the Still Store as one individual file, it's coming in as 31 separate Frames, hence there is no animation.

    Any ideas where I went wrong? Thanks for any and all help. Take care!

    You have to make sure it is NAME_0000.TGA or you can also use PNG. However the underscore and then use a naming convention that has _ and then 4 ZERO then increments.
