Sounds like you need to call tech support and sort out what is wrong with the positioner. You can call them at 613-652-4886 or email

It sounds like if the positioner has been calibrated but not working then it may have failed. You also don't list what the behaviour is. Sometimes taking a video on your phone of the behaviour then sending that with your request to techsupport can help them trouble shoot that for you.
As for the Log files -- you can use those to send to techsupport when your having issues with the switcher and they request the logs to help them look through if the issue requires that extra details.
