  • 1.  Background transition during Seq

    Hey Everyone,

    Using the 3M Vision yesterday I built a SEQ so we could take a web page online and bring forward some text to highlight it. My director would like to while it is bringing forward the text to lower the background. Is there a way to do this while I am in the SEQ? Or a way to build it into the SEQ?

    Hi Chris,

    You could use another Keyer and DVE Channel to "move the source that is on the Background".

    Sorry Les...poor choice of words on my part..instead of lower I should have said darken....

    Ah.

    You might be able to again do this with 2 channels but use lighting on the the "lower" keyer and then on the upper keyer just have it do an Inverse Mask so that it only shows the Text area. then you build a sequence for each and run them together.
