Out of the blue yesterday, I noticed that our squeeze and tease wipes were not functioning properly. Over the course of one show I had some work correctly a couple times, and then only work partially or not at all. Today, the engineers reseated the squeeze and tease carriers, but that did not help. Later in the evening, they shut down the frame, reseated all mother and daughter cards and restarted the tub. At first we thought that had fixed it, but eventually wipes started glitching again and remained inconsistent and unreliable. One odd thing I noticed....when I called up the menu of squeeze and tease wipes on the switcher's monitor, the button for whichever wipe was currently selected is blinking. I don't recall that being normal.
Any ideas why this problem would have just cropped up from nowhere and/or what we might could do to fix it? Thanks!
And, I'm not at work right now to check....but I'm pretty sure we are on Version 16.
